Sales Policy
Phone Orders
Please Call: 1-800-645-6525, toll free (including Florida).
International orders, call 863-324-5559. Hours: 8:30AM –
5:30PM (EST) Monday - Friday
Mail Orders
When mailing in an order, please provide complete
information regarding the units name, color, etc. Include
your name and full salon name with the proper phone number
and address to be mailed to. When pre-paying an order please
include $7.00 for shipping and handling charges.
International Orders
All overseas and Canadian orders must be pre-paid including
shipping charges (U.S. funds, only). To determine exact
costs, simply contact us by phone (863-324-5559)
Credit Card Orders
We honor MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Use them for
ordering by mail or phone.
Shipping and Handling
We use United Parcel Service, second day air, overnight
delivery and ground service. We also ship through the Post
Office, Priority mail, and/or Express Mail. Shipping and
handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
We gladly accept merchandise returned for credit, exchange
or refund (no cash refunds). Items must be received by us
within 15 days of purchase. The items must be in their
original condition with sewn-in labels intact. Custom units
and service work are not returnable. Any unit that has been
altered in any way (worn, styled, sprayed, combed out) will
be returned to you. Please in clued $6.00 for shipping and
handling charges on even exchanges.
To avoid delay, please make sure you include your full salon
name, address, phone number and contact name with a note
explaining the reason for return with all returned items.
- Please inspect merchandise
carefully. All returns must be made within 15 days of
receipt of goods.
- Merchandise that has been
altered in any way will be refused and returned.
- All sales are final on
merchandise that has been serviced (repaired or custom
ordered)
- No credit or refund will be
given after 30 days of invoice date.
- No cash refunds.
- To avoid delay, please make

phone number with a note explaining the reason for
return.
- Shipping and handling
charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- There is a $5.00 restocking
fee for each unit returned.
- Prices are subject to change
without notice.

reserves the right not to accept any returns for
credit, exchange or refund after 30 days of invoice
date of purchase.

Custom Order Department
At certain times you will come across a client who, for
various reasons, can not wear a stock item or perhaps you
have an idea in mid or a certain style. Our Custom Order
Department can help you. We have been making custom orders
for over thirty years to meet your specifications. From
hairpieces, partials to wigs for both women and men,
ventilated with the right amount of density of your choice;
the way you designed it.
Each custom order requires a $75.00 deposit at the time of
